We request your permission (telephonically) to process a debit order on a date that you choose. You will only be entitled to utilise the Holiday Voucher once the debit order has been successful. If you have any further enquiries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Its really easy to book your vacation with us simply fill out your Reservation Request Form on your Holiday Voucher
(This voucher would have been emailed to you upon signing up) and email it to bookings@platinumleisure.co.za 
To see what accommodations you can book, click here for a complete listing throughout the 9 provinces of  South Africa (resorts are subject to change). You will also receive a listing for your available dates for your chosen area after sending your  Reservation Request Form

We have 2 Types of Accommodation:

  • Complimentary – Whereby you have to pay for your Meals and Drinks which is compulsory for the duration of your stay.
  • Discounted – You would get up to 50% discount on your accommodation.

All enquiries, bookings, payments, etc. will be done with Platinum Leisure, so that all you do when you arrive at your destination is “Enjoy your Holiday” 

The Platinum Leisure Holiday Voucher is Valid for 1 year from date of purchase. 

Yes, you can, should you have more than 1 voucher. (Each voucher accommodates 2 people) 

  1. Go through the Terms and Conditions before booking.
  2. Book 4 weeks in advance prior to your Check In Date.
  3. Make note of your Holiday Voucher Expiry Date and ensure that you book prior to that or else your Voucher will be invalid and cannot be used.
  4. Make note that there will be additional payments before the booking is confirmed. (Proforma Invoice dependent on type of accommodation and breakage deposit)
  5. Breakage Deposits will only be Refunded 7 – 14 working days after you have “Checked Out”
  6. (Breakage Deposit dependent on Breakage List from Resort)
  7. All Confirmed Bookings Cancelled will be charged a 50% Handling Fee as per your Prforma Invoice.
